Attendance & Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a client requests a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service, they will be charged 50% of the quoted service. If a client requests a cancellation within 10 hours of the scheduled service, they will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. A cancellation after the 10 hour grace period will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. If a client does not agree to the cancellation policy, Tint Color Bar reserves the right to refuse service or cancel future appointment. Thank you for your understanding

LATE POLICY: If a client is 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment there will be a $20 late fee added to the service. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, causing the appointment to extend into the next client's appointment, the appointment will be forfeited and charged the cancellation policy (see above).

CHILDREN AND GUEST POLICY: To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services be present in the salon. Children are welcome with a scheduled appointment; otherwise, we ask that alternate arrangements be made.

Please note that if this policy is not followed, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee could apply. Additionally, due to limited space, we ask that you do not bring extra guests to your appointment.
