How often should I get my hair colored?
We recommend refreshing color services every 4–8 weeks, which varies based on your desired look and how much maintenance you prefer.Is balayage better than traditional highlights?

Absolutely. We strongly encourage consultations for color services, extensions, and corrective work to guarantee optimal results.What payment options do we accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as cash. Checks are not accepted. Please be aware that a 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.How long do extensions last?
Longevity depends on the extension type you choose, though most will require maintenance appointments after 6–8 weeks.What's included in a haircut and style?

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the quoted service. Cancellations made within 10 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 75% of the service, while cancellations made less than 10 hours before the appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Clients who do not agree to this policy may be refused service or have future appointments canceled.What happens if I am late to my appointment?
If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment, a $20 late fee will be added to your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and it interferes with the next client’s appointment, your appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged according to the cancellation policy.Can I bring children or guests to my appointment?
To maintain a relaxing environment, only clients receiving services should be present in the salon. Children are welcome if they have a scheduled appointment; otherwise, alternate arrangements should be made. Due to limited space, additional guests are not permitted.
